Tarot means “Royal Road - Rajasik Rasta” — a structured path to reading energy, psyche, and life cycles.
Aimed at building strong basics + help you develop a deep relationship with the 78 cards and their elements.
Foundational understanding of the 78 card deck - their elements, energy, their patterns, symbols and meaning
Rooted in Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot and lays groundwork for card readings
Covers concepts like:
○ Major vs Minor Arcana Set : Soul journey vs daily life
○ 4 Elements + Suits: Fire/Wands, Water/Cups, Air/Swords, Earth/Pentacles
○ Numerology 1 - 10 in Tarot: The meaning behind the numbering of suits (e.g. what does ace mean in ace of pentables)
○ Court Cards: People, personalities, or parts of you
○ How to read Upright Cards : Shadow, blocks, internal energy
○ Different ways of reading cards: 3-Card / Celtic 10-cards Cross spreads
○ Reading without memorization - using symbols, colors, intuition
○ Ethics, boundaries, and client communication during readings
○ Touching on intermediate to advance topics like timing of events, yes-or-no questions, predictive techniques.Ample practice of card reading and brushing your intuitive skills during the classes.

Pooja is a senior Tarot Experts with years of deep Tarot practice. She is a lovely mother to two boys, an ex-student of Astrology at Shimon Academy and one of the core initial members of Shimon's Community of Educators.
Pooja's Tarot Journey began with a curiosity about self, and a need to discover and heal herself. She has learnt from many mentors and spent years practicing, connecting with the cards and refining her readings.
Pooja says "Tarot is much more than a deck of cards to me. It is a powerful tool for self-awareness, clarity, and personal growth. I don’t see Tarot as a way to predict the future; I see it as a way to better understand the present, navigate life’s uncertainties, and reconnect with myself.
